DVD & Catalogue

Graham Parker and Grace Weirs’ “sight unseen” 36 minute film was first screened in the Ballymun Shopping Centre, November 2005. Since then it has been shown at Departure Area B, Dublin airport and Howth Dart Station. Shot from the windows of six flats in the 14 storey Thomas Clarke tower in Ballymun, due for demolition in 2006, the film is subtitled with interviews with the residents, describing both the ‘views’ that they can see, and the ‘views’ that they hold, just as these sight-lines are about to disappear.
