Cecily Brennan presents 5 unique life stories and images resulting from her commission with Breaking Ground.
These interesting and fascinating stories cover a wide range of issues, including alcoholism, sexual and physical abuse, homelessness and self-harm, but perhaps most importantly, the interviews demonstrate each individuals capacity to love and to survive hardship.
The images are accompanied by an audioguide which is available from the main reception desk. The photographs are of the person interviewed or of an image suggested by something mentioned in their interview.
